CT Racing has developed, ported, machined and serviced heads for top MX 2 wheel Racers on the RMZ 450 (big brother to the LTZ 400) motorcycle around the world, including teams like the Factory Australian Suzuki team , Moto Concepts team with Mike Alessi and the Rockstar Suzuki team. This knowledge and our development is available in a package for your Suzuki LTZ400, that is fast and reliable. Our 440 big bore motor package is as happy in the sand dunes or fast Off Road riding as it is on the MX tracks. This kit requires a National caliber Exhaust system and some rejetting, CT Racing offers Jet Kits to accommodate your needs.
The 440 lit is contoured for running pump gas. The 453 Kit is a Beast, is competitive with built 450’s when using the FCR carb. The 453 kit typically puts out Mid 50’s for HP. This kit with big valves and High Compression needs to run a minimum of 100 octane. You can blend that yourself, by using 108-112 Race Gas mixed 50/50 with Super Unleaded pump fuel. |

Dura Blue Eliminator X-33 Pin Drive Axle with CAST Hubs – The X-33 axle uses the same superior material and heat treating as the Eliminator. The unique difference is in the design of the wheel hub mounting area. Standard design ATV axles neck down to about 1″ in diameter. A splined wheel hub slides onto the axle shaft and is retained with a hex nut. As all ATVer’s know, hubs loosen frequently. The X-33 changes all that. The wheel hub is clamped solid and driven by a pin on a 1-3/8″ diameter shaft. This axle is rifled to reduce weight near the rotational axis of the ATV. The X-33 allows for 16 different wheel offset alternatives. | ||
