CT Sonic Yamaha Blaster Cylinder Kits

At this time the CT Sonic Aftermarket cylinders are discontinued. We are still building cylinders based off of the stock cylinder. The owner of the foundry that poured our castings for us passed on, and without our knowledge all of his tooling was given of sold to another foundry. At this time we have not located our tooling. If we locate the tooling we will build them again, but for now we are out of production.

The Yamaha Blaster CT Sonic cylinder has proven to be the highest output cylinder available for the Blaster. The cylinder was designed from top to bottom to make big horsepower over a wide power curve. The Sonic cylinder uses Honda CR250 reed cage to maximize flow and output. The cylinder also has a 3 port auxiliary exhaust port design, like nearly every current model 2 stroke MX bike design.

The Sonic cylinder kits are available in two basic packages: 200cc to meet AMA youth race rules and the unrivaled 240cc big bore package. The 200cc cylinder utilizes and aluminum sleeve and Nikasil plating to offer maximum cooling under race conditions.

We are just now releasing a new batch of the CT Sonic Blaster Cylinders. We have upgraded to a  billet aluminum Head, available in black or blue anodized, or just billet aluminum.

CT Sonic 200cc Yamaha Blaster Motor Package…… The kit includes: New Sonic cylinder, CT porting, head, piston kit, wrist pin bearing, reed cage, intake boot, and top-end gasket set.

CT Sonic 240cc Big Bore Yamaha Blaster Motor Package……$   The kit includes: New Sonic big bore cylinder, CT porting, head, big bore piston kit, wrist pin bearing, reed cage, intake boot, and top-end gasket set.

Yamaha Blaster Porting Package……$549.00 : Not only does this kit boost up your HP a significant amount it also retains great reliability, along with freshening up your complete top end. This kit will run well off of the stock carb., but makes even more HP with a larger carb. This kit will require a good aftermarket pipe, to gain its full potential.

The kit includes CT porting, head re-chambering, Boring or honing the cylinder to fit a new piston, new piston kit, wrist pin bearing, and top-end gasket set.

240cc Big Bore Yamaha Blaster Complete Package……$1479.00 The kit includes: Re-sleeving your cylinder with a big bore sleeve, CT porting, head re-chambering, modified big bore piston kit, Keihin 35mm PWK pre-jetted carburetor, air box adapter tube, throttle cable, TDR reeds, CT Sonic pipe and silencer and top-end gasket set. Fly Aero Taper 1-1/8″ Fat Bars with Bar Pad– Bars are available in black, gun metal, or silver. Please Note: 1-1/8″ bar mount kit is required.

Fly Universal 1-1/8″ Handlebar Mount Kit – This is a clamp set than converts your stock 7/8″ bar clamp to the 1-1/8″ Fat Bar set up. Can be used with any brand 1-1/8″ bars.
