Yamaha Raptor 660 Exhaust Pipe Kit
CT has been working very hard on the Yamaha Raptor 660 Exhaust Pipe Kit. We’re proud to announce our exhaust system has the largest horsepower increase we’ve ever seen from a bolt-on exhaust. This kit consists of our CT Raptor 660 pipe and disc type spark arrestor, Pro Design Pro Flow air filter, and jet kit. We picked up a minimum of 7 horsepower at 3000 RPM and 32 horsepower at 8500 RPM. This is a must have kit for the Raptor. Stock horsepower is just over 33 horsepower and were hitting almost 50 horsepower with this kit. We did all of our testing on a California model. The end result is the same. 49 state models have slightly more horsepower stock (rumored to be around 37).
Noise: The disc type spark arrestor system allows you to tune the noise level. Our system tuned for peak horsepower running all 16 discs puts out a throaty sounding 102dB. This is not acceptable for many riding areas. With the disc type system, you can simply remove discs to get to the range you need. At 6 discs, you would be in the 93dB range. You will lose some horsepower as you cut the noise. Our Raptor 660 pipe will still make the most power at any dB as compared with any other aftermarket pipe at the same dB level
