| LT80 Long Travel Front A-arm Set – These A-arms require longer than stock shocks with more shaft travel (listed separately below). This A-arm designed widens the front end as well as reallocates the shock mounting point to a point with a significantly better ratio for quality wheel travel. The wheel travel is approximately double the stock wheel travel. The Suzuki LT 80 Long Travel Front Suspension Package is Tig welded using chromoly tubing in a precision built jig. *3 1/2” wider per side and +1” forward for improved handling and stability *6″ of travel with 11 7/8″ shock (3X over stock travel) * Wear resistant delrin pivot bushings with stainless steel pivot sleeves *1 year warranty* Package includes: A-arms, all required pivot bushings, pivot sleeves, heavy-duty Teixeira Tech stainless steel tie rods. Available in most popular Powder coat colors. Requires use of 11 7/8″ shock with 3” stroke. |

| LT80 Long Travel Rear Swing Arm Plate Kit – This long travel rear end kit requires a longer than stock shock with more shaft travel (listed separately below). These plates were designed to move the axel back allowing for a longer than stock rear shock to be used. The longer shock allows significantly more wheel travel, and substantially higher quality travel. The 80 Long Travel Rear Suspension Package is a long overdue product. These new housing plates will raise your 80 to the next level of performance and quality. These Plates give you the ability to adjust your bearing carrier for chain tension and still retain your skid plate. No more sloppy loose chains because of sprocket changes or worn out chains. *1 1/4” longer wheel base for improved handling and stability *5″ of travel with 12 1/2″ shock (over 2X stock travel) Package includes: Housing Plates, all required nuts, bolts, and spacers.
