This KFX was so clean it would be hard to believe<br \/>\nthat they were going to put an incredibly rough and rocky<br \/>\n260 miles on it the next day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">So Just how did Kevin Avina put together a KFX 440 that would win<br \/>\nthe race on it&#8217;s first outing? Start by turning the 400 into<br \/>\na 440 and equipping it with a CT piston, WebCams camshaft<br \/>\nwith CT grind, Hinson clutch basket, CT clutch kit, CT sonic<br \/>\npipe and header, Dynatek programmable ignition with special<br \/>\nCT curve, Pro Design filter setup, K&amp;N Filter, and Edelbrock<br \/>\ncarburetor. This 440 is said to produce nearly 52 HP on the<br \/>\nDyno. Keeping all that horsepower lubricated is Maxima oils<br \/>\nand it is fed by 76 Race Gas.<\/span><\/p>\n<table border=\"0\" width=\"187\" cellpadding=\"2\" align=\"right\" bgcolor=\"#333333\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td height=\"219\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5348\" src=\"http:\/\/ctracing.net\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/reviews\/pict0049-296.jpg\" alt=\"pict0049-296\" width=\"300\" height=\"226\" \/><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td align=\"center\" height=\"35\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Check out the trick Vector long travel a-arms and X-Factor bumper!<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">With the power taken care of new Vector +3 long travel a-arms and +1 swingarm were added with Custom Axis shocks to do the dampening. The soft stock axle was replaced with a RPM Dominator rear<br \/>\naxle. Baldwin front hubs are used with Braking rotors and pads. The sprockets are Sunstar and then topped off with a Tsubkai chain. Honda tie rod ends are used to replace the smaller Kawasaki stock ones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">The plastic is brand new Maier with a new blazing Orange color that looked<br \/>\nawesome. Performance Carbon Products supplied the trick looking silver Carbon Fiber nose piece and radiator shrouds. From IMS comes their new KFX desert tank with dry break and their kick-up Pro Pegs to keep Jimmy and Greg on the bike.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">The stock clutch perch was replaced with a Works Connection model and<br \/>\nnew from Works Connection is their frame guards.
