This kit is designed and developed to offer a very wide power curve, producing over 55 rear wheel horsepower and as much as 62 depending on cam, compression, valve size and carb, choices. It is easy to acquire big numbers utilizing a CT pipe, Keihin 41mm FCR carb, and Dynatek programmable ignition. This package is an amazing off road recreational package. It can be run utilizing the stock CDI box and a stock carb (requires CT or Dynojet jet kit), although it won’t develop the same high horsepower numbers.
Just ship us your complete top end – cylinder and head that’s all we need. Labor to disassemble and reassemble the head along with honing the cylinder and setting the ring end gap is included as well.

To achieve maximum HP, you will need to have a nationally competitive exhaust system, larger FCR carburetor, and a Dynatek CDI box. We highly recommend the Keihin 39mm or 41mm FCR carb just as we use on our WORCS Series and MX race quads. Also we highly recommend using the 13/1 compression ratio which would require using a minimum of 100 octane race gas.
