CT Racing has developed, ported, machined and serviced heads for top MX 2 wheel Racers on the RMZ 450 motorcycle around the world, including teams like the Factory Australian Suzuki team , Moto Concepts team with Mike Alessi and the Rockstar Suzuki team. This knowledge and our development is available in a package for your Suzuki LTR450, that is fast and reliable. Our national High Output motor package is as happy in the sand dunes or fast Off Road riding as it is on the MX tracks. This kit requires a National caliber Exhaust system and a Fuel Manegement system such as the Dynojet PC5. This kit will put you at the 58-60 HP range, if you need more HP just add some cc’s.
Just ship us your complete top end – cylinder, head, and a good set of stock cams (otherwise pay core charge for cams), that’s all we need. Labor to disassemble and reassemble the head along with honing the cylinder and setting the ring end gap is included as well.
PLEASE NOTE: Your head is returned assembled and ready to bolt on and run. This kit price is for you shipping us your top-end only. If you would like to ship us your complete motor, add $300.00 for R&R of top-end.
